Povilas Mačys, Head of Sales of UAB Martema, says that the company is operating stabile: not looking at Europe’s economic situation company’s turnover in 2023 amounted to 542 845 euro.
Seeking to increase efficiency, the company is actively working toward digitalization and robotization. In addition to our machine fleet one off new sophisticated 4 axis milling machine is now running and 1 double spindle Y axis turning machine with robot is under way to us and foreseen to be installed beginning of 2024. It is planned to purchase another 1-2 very similar units in the near future.
One of the most important competitive advantages of a digitalization at UAB Martema is the opportunity to monitor production operations in real time. If an interruption in the production occurs, the production team is able to take immediate action to solve the problem, thus ensuring the most effective operation.
